Revamp kill levels​

Detailed description:
We're slowly getting to a good point with levels, hard ones, but not super hard.
I think a way to perfect levels would be to revamp the kill levels.
Rather than having to kill 40, 50, 60 etc kills per 5 levels or so. It'd be better if it carried over from the previous level. Similar to vote levels.
For example if level 100 was "Kill 40 players" and you had 100 kills total from pvp zone, you would be 100/40 on the requirement, but when you get a kill level that requires 150 kills, you would be 100/150 kills on the kill level.
This would require buffing the kill levels in the later stages. For example instead of "kill 60 players" at level X
It would be "Have a total of 200 kills" at level X.

Still having "Kill X players" would be good, but revamping them to total kill levels would be better for most of them.​

Reason(s):
This would make it so that when you aren't on a kill level and you kill somebody in warzone, it'd count towards your next kill level even if you aren't on it.
Would be a big QOL feature and I feel like it'd be extremely beneficial. I can't think of any negatives.​

Example(s):
(Based of current levels)

Level 116
Have a total of 200 kills

Level 121
Have a total of 225 kills

Level 124
Have a total of 250 kills

Being on level 120(ish) should give you an average of having around this amount of kills so it would fit in neatly.​
