Detailed description:

So to make it simple, the reports on the forums are useless. Every time I post something, we need video proof and I think it is really a stupid way of thinking. If there is a screenshot based on chat proof, there is simply no need to put in video proof. Not everyone can afford to record all of his matches and every rulebreaker is free to go since reports are useless. To prevent that I suggest we should not only count on video proof but also chat evidence which is more than enough as a straight proof, logs etc. Also if there could be a possibility to add a /report to report people right away ingame or to add a chat to access contact with staff members only ingame (/ac) that would be great. Bedwars is a very good mode on this server and cheaters/rulebreakers make it terrible so please, change your way of judging player reports because it is very bad right now, simply useless. Thank you for reading​

Rulebreakers get aways so easily. Not every player, let's say 50% can record their games, in 50% of the cases they can't proove that someone broke a rule which is not efficient at all.​

Hello,

You can report people for chat offenses using screenshots. You don't need video evidence for that. You only need video evidence for hackers and cross teamers.
The /report command has been already suggested and will be implemented at a later date.
I can suggest you DM an online helper or above on Pika Discord when you encounter a hacker. They might be able to spectate them.
You can also call a friend to contact an online staff member while you're in a game (you can see the online staff by using the /staff command).
I feel like the special chat for players to contact staff isn't necessary because there is a #help-lobby channel on Pika Discord that has that exact purpose.

But how do you wanna ban hackers if they or crossteamers if a game ends too quickly? Like staff cannot be there quick enough. I understand that videoproof is needed for hackers because it's not clear, but for crossteamers, if it's put in chat, that is a proof. How to get someone banned if he final kills you and wins the game by usint reach or kill aura? At least implement an anti cheat that does alerts in the logs if someone cheats so he can be banned later on. This way of banning is way too slow and unnefficient

anticheat already bans a lot of hackers (and sadly a lot of legit players too)

The anti-cheat is already implemented and is doing its job a lot better than before. It needs improvements, of course, but I think it kicks blatant hackers way quicker than before.
Screenshots cannot prove cross teaming because they just aren't enough. Someone might be joking in the chat, or they might not do what they said they're doing in chat. They might just want to trick you into thinking they're teaming so you don't go for them and go for someone else instead, etc.
Also, players aren't allowed to suggest changes to the anti-cheat or the rules. Read THIS thread if you haven't already.

I can just simply ask a thing.
If one day you got false banned by a staff member by reports, the reports said "HE IS USING KILLAURA, MACRO, ALL THE HACKSSSS!!! STAFF PLEASE BAN HIM!!!" then staff banned you. What do you think? banning you without evidence? feeling good?

just let me clarify for you.

For some rules, eg: swear, flood, sexual content, death threat, advertising, Discrimination, encourage breaking rules, encourage suicide, inapp skin/ nick/ item name etc...
You only need SCREENSHOT for these offence, ofc there are more.
For Hacks/ Cheat ----->>>> ALWAYS VIDEO
