removing the intersection between spawn and warzone​

Detailed description:

as we All know there is a intersection of about 400 blocks between the spawn and the actual world, what i suggest is to Remove this area, making everything except the spawn area unbreakable, which means after you cross the red line at spawn you will be able to break all blocks, and place all blocks.
as for koths and envoys, the envoys will now spawn on the top most block it can find.
and koths are now a platform that you Can stand on, and capture it.​

Reason(s):

we already have /warp pvp, people can solve their issues there.
and why not build tons of lava casts at spawn
there is /rtp​

you can still have normal combat in the warzone, but removing this intersection brings more possibilities for different methods of pvp
