Removing Glow Colors On Spawns​

Detailed description:

When I had bad PC my frames used to drop when I fought someone with glow color. I know that many people hate that and lag from it. I suggest to remove /glowcolor command from spawns on all gamemodes.​

Reason(s):

Big frame drop. Removing that would increase frames of players.​
