remove the sale popup whenever a player is in-game​

Detailed description:

please dont make the big sale popup appear when a player is in-game because it can cause or maybe already caused them the game by their screen getting that popup. whether its while bridging in games or while you are fighting someone.

please remove the sale popup when players are in game ​
