Denied SkyPvP Remove the limit on /perks

Suggestion:

Remove the limit on /perks​

Detailed description:

Basically remove the limit that we have on /perks when we reach level 4​

Reason(s):

The reason is because that limitation on perk is literally telling us player to buy rank (and the highest rank in the game mode). If you want to make it a rich player only game mode, at least say it in the very start so we don't even start to play the game. This limit severely affects us (non-donator) to play against donator. How are we player in protection 1 + sharp 1 going to fight against players in sharp 5 sword + protection 3 gear. If you want to say we grind the gear out ourselves. The amount of xp to enchant in the table is immense, let's not talk about the other enchants but just going from protection 3 to protection 4 cost 125+ xp. Which we can't get that quickly. Overall, REMOVE THAT LVL4 LIMIT IN /PERKS!!!​
