Suggestion:
Remove souls from a team as a form of punishment for having a player get banned

Detailed description:
Essentially, Kit-PvP is currently filled with a ton of cheaters. Most of them being in the top teams. Since at the end of the season the top teams get rewarded you should manage team top very carefully and keep them cheater-free. That is why you should implement a system where if a user from a team gets banned, a set % of the teams souls are removed from the team that the player that got banned. It is similar to the OPfactions value deduction punishment.

Reason(s):
The biggest issue is the amount of cheaters and other rule breakers that are around the network. I dont think a team should be rewarded gold / iron for foul play.

Example(s):
Here is a short example on how it would work: A player gets banned for cheating. The team that he was in has 4892 souls. Then a set % (For this example, 10%) is removed from the team (4892 - 10% (489) = 4403), meaning 4403 souls are left for the team. The points would be manually removed by a staff member and posted into the staff discord in a seperate channel with the teams name, points removed, reason of removal, etc.
