Remove skull splitter​

Detailed description:

Skull splitter is ruining the PvP for op factions as it’s only really affective when your enemy has players near them and factions is a team based game-mode so players are most likely to have teammates with them. When a 10 man faction goes to outpost to cap and someone with rage 7 and skull splitter activated they can hit any player from that faction 2-5 times and 9/10 people from that faction will die, this is extremely broken and makes the pvp side of factions very broken.​

Reason(s):

PvP on op factions has been very boring the last couple of season due to people being able to kill you with 2 hits, by removing skull splitter it would make op factions alot more fun to play as a faction and not just as a solo​

+1 Skull splitter is TOO Op. There is no reason for me to be full health and gapped just to get two pieced by someone
