remove sandbot cooldowns​

Detailed description:

do i even need to explain this? the title explains it all and how dumb this is? you can't even breach a base with this. i can shoot 6 shots and i need to wait 10 seconds then i can shoot again. by the time i am ready to shoot again the base has so many patches. you did remove sandbot cooldowns once but you keep adding it back for no aparent reasons which is dumb.​

Reason(s):

REASON 1: SO I CAN ACTUALLY RAID A BASE WITHOUT HAVING TO GEN AND WAIT

REASON 2: SO IT ISNT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO RAID

REASON 3: IF I AM RAIDING A BASE AND THERE IS 20 PEOPLE PATCHING HOW IN THE WORLD AM I SUPPOSED TO RAID IF I CONSTANTLY HAVE TO REFILL SAND​
