Global remove permanents bans

Suggestion:

remove permanents bans​

Detailed description:

Remove permanents ban instead of them give long temporary ban like 180 days 360 days or even more.​

Reason(s):

It force players to leave pika permanently giving temporary ban give them a hope of return​

Permanent bans are issued for severe offenses (duping, falsifying evidence, ban evasion, etc.) or after you repeatedly break a rule. Most offenses (rules) already give you a second, third, fourth or even a fifth chance after breaking them. Even those which don't are too severe to be given a second chance, at which point a permanent ban is deserved.

Moreover, a temporary 180-day or 360 (365, to make things more convenient) day ban shouldn't be used since players can keep doing the severe offenses. Even if it's a 6 month or 1 year gap, the damage caused can be a lot.

It should not be banned for entire like 2 years is a lot of time like i can falsify report some1 and they not get time to explain themself while I have no proof should not be done they atleast have to have some proof I am talking about duping
