Remove Leaping from warp soccer and fps​

Detailed description:

its annoying that people use leaping to escape fps to not get killed and the people trying to kill them get annoyed or a guy with maxed armor and the guy who has leaping and has 1 gset he can easily dmg him and not get hit​

Reason(s):

it just makes the game not fun and annoying please remove it​

Example(s):

just remove leaping from fps and soccer​
