Reintroduce Level in KitPVP​

Detailed description:

From the previous update to kitpvp the levels were removed which does not makes sense as they where worth to grind for having better rewards and were a key feature of kitpvp

So, Just reintroduce levels in KitPvP​

Reason(s):

Currently there are quest missions as a supplement for levels which are really bad as they are hard to complete and many are bugged.

And by reintroducing levels in kitpvp it will lead to more active players in kitpvp.​
