Reimplement Gold flips (/gf)​

Detailed description:

Making a duplicate GUI of the traditional coinflip but adding a new sub command of whether someone wants to coinflip gold or silver. These coin flips would be cross server so if someone from KitPVP would want to coinflip someone in factions they could. Win notification could be global or player specific to prevent chat flooding.​

Reason(s):

Gold flips were added briefly for KitPVP which really boosted it's player count. Gold flips allows for members to earn gold without paying money upfront. The wins from gold flips can attract more newer players as it's a way to "earn money" pika. This thus then builds a more resilient player base fun for all and giving no disadvantages to players and a way to earn gold/silver for people who can't pay as much for it. I overall see this as a way to promote the server and it's playability for less fortunate newcomers/players and should be implemented on all pika servers for the benefit and incline of all gamemodes​

GC flipping in Complex Gaming - complex gaming is one of the first servers to implement paid currency coin flips which I play often. I find that whenever they introduced this to the server, there was a massive spike in players globally across all game modes. However Thier system has flaws like it not being 50/50 and not really giving the player the option of choosing a coin side. With the right measures and implementations I see something like this on pika leading to a fairer playing field and a huge influx of newcomers joining the pika community.​

It actually isn't as long as it isn't considered "IRL credits" it is allowed. For example if it were called EUR than it would be against the rules but if it were called Gold it would be alright. Look at ComplexMC, they have a similar system implemented there called GC (gift card) Flipping. Isn't considered a IRL credits technically and the server can claim that it isn't.
