Reduce allowed buffer size from 25c to 20c​

Hello,

I would like to see 20 chunks buffer size instead of the current 25 chunks in the upcoming reset. I think it would make the season much more interesting as it will be easier to breach bases so maybe strike wars won't be a thing.​

+1 25 chunks is too much and it's impossible to getting raided if you are actually half decent at the game
If this gets accepted I think the walls on buffer counters should get decreased to 5 chunks to make it easier

nono 25c is much better since someone named irony is very bad at the game and might get raided at 255 on 25c

i never get raided wdym, 25c is too op, look at last season for example. its so easy to defend 25 chunks with 3 seconds and 20 members, 20 chunks would be something new and pika needs that imo

also adding that it makes it more fun to play cos there's more risk, and easier to get raided. People don't raid nowadays they just play strike wars like outscale said

30c buffers and 4 sec cannons is okay for pika standards, vanity heroic had that and map was so good
