what method ru using
since lowk being supported by microsoft is a very rare chance

this is the method but however microsoft support just tells you to fill the recovery form which never recover your account you gotta dig deep just hit me up i will help you out

how to request xbox trasnfer
1. fill the recovery form - https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/recover-your-microsoft-account
2. wait till they send you automated reply ''we have suspended your account''
3. go to xbox support direct link to avoid talking to bots - https://vsa.services.microsoft.com/...db&modality=occhat&theme=green&queue=/chat/48
4. share the SIR number that you got from recovery form and request xbox transfer escalation (if agent says no just refresh and find the one that says he will escalate)
5. give them following details:
>gamertag
>email
>xbox id and feedback hub
>a new microsoft account where you wanna transfer
6. tell them to update you on whichever email you want regarding your case
