Rank kits​

Detailed description:

When I started playing the kit pvp I can't get as single kill as people have like a 4 hit sword. Maybe make them buy able or be at a certain level to get a rank kit I think this should be added but then I guess it would stop people buying ranks but it's only 1 perk that you can get without buying a rank​

Reason(s):

It's kinda unfair but also not but it should definitely be implemented or another way​
