It's a very tiring job, but in another way very satisfactory knowing that players get happy with our job.
There's positive and negative things about being a moderator in a big server like Pika.
Well first, forget about playing with your friends, it becomes almost impossible because our duty is to help players, second is when you're in 1 server and there's like 100 people calling you but we can't answer everyone so fast and players start raging at us.
Well about the positive things, there's some but if you want to become a moderator doesn't matter if you have benefits or not, when everything you want is to help the players and this is my thought.
