What if the server restrats will the ranks we bought will be restarted to??

It may, But if you do lose it.. you need email proof of your ranks, you can send it to support ticket.
If you mean like OpFaction Ranks Ingame, It will resets and u need to work again.

nope it will be restarted . unless you've been bug out xD . you need to make a support ticket you get your rank and also you need evidence ( the receipt is the best evidence ) [ as far as i nkow xD ] . Have a nice day

I had a donator rank on my prem acc and I can't get it now... I think I got hacked, but I believe donator ranks haven't reset

What do you mean server restart? you mean to say is when a server reset? No, donator ranks will stay.
