Pvp signs after death​

Detailed description:

Hello, I would like to see in opskyblock (kitpvp, classic skyblock and factions as well) death signs like in bedwars or skywars, but you don't have to buy it, make it so that sign is there whenever someone dies. The signs would be gone after 1 minute.
It would look like this:

[name1] died
killed by
[name2].​

Reason(s):

It would be cool to know who died where, also you can make tactics by info of who died or who killed, where the enemy may be.​
