PvP lag

I'm not sure what exactly happened, but pvp is too far behind. maybe someone made some lag machines or something. Can you fix this problem

devs have attached armour stands to stairs. every stair on spawn whether wooden or stone has armour stand on it. due to thousands of entities pvp and spawn is lagging a lot. If u place a stair even in any world, u cant sit on it cuz it will be having a armour stand on it
