There are million of videos in youtube on how to jitter click you can search there.Another tip is to download good texture pack for pvp.I mean the fire in your face is very annoying if you do not have a texture pack.You can find 1 that is ideal for you :)

These clicking methods are goid for combopvp only. If you use normal pvp you need 5-6 cps , no more.

Get crits, and get good at strafing.

Get good ping in the range of 1-100ms.
Mainly because if someone is good at pvp but have high ping(300-500ms) it is hard to register hits which basically makes pvp hard while
someone with good ping(1-100ms) will easily register hits unless opponent's ping is extremely high.
One such example is when you pvp someone with high ping,they will not receive much knockback at first but in the next moment they will receive a lot of knockback and be knocked a significant distance away.
Note:
This is a personal opinion, not a fact.
Basically the result of always having 300-500ms ping is sad .....
