Make perks for ranks be visible in rank store, easy as it is​

Reason(s):

Because its more interesting and easier for people to decide which rank they are going to buy.​

Example(s):

I want to buy a rank that has fly, but I dont know which rank has it. I dont want to buy skyking, thats too expensive for me. I am not sure if skyvip has the fly, maybe skyhero?​
