Detailed description:

I noticed that on Punishment site, When we view any staff punished players list, It shows Rule breaker name as VICTIM , Which of-course they aren't. They are actually rule breakers, not one who had faced that. It should be replaced From VICTIM TO USERNAME OR RULE BREAKER .

A small change, but I agree. It's "User" on the bans, mutes and warnings page (without any searched username), so might as well make it "User" on staff members' issued list.
