Ok so with the new season came new updates , including the "QuickDrop" Skill which made it Punishable (in concept/principle) to not wear helmets as they make you take 50% more damage

so what does this mean?

as i have been getting spammed ingame by players that im getting banned for not wearing a full set as it is now "punishable" and apparently players have been getting "warned 1st offense" for such actions.


Hoping for a Senior Staff member to reply to this and not some trial or helper along with an explanation as to why, Thank you have a nice day

it sorta works , it does the damage to health tho not durability
If it was x2 damage you wouldn’t even be able to not wear a helmet without getting dying. Think about how op the damage sets that are only 10% increased damage it would be 10x better then that.

the 10-15% damage increase of masks dont really do much if you actually compute the damage dealt , as ilets say an immortal axe which is sharpness 17 does 29.5 damage against protection 16 of immortal armor you only do about 2 to 3 hearts per hit (when off gapple) and if you take 15% of 2-3 hearts you would only be on like 2.1 to 3.15 hearts of damage , then again if Quickdrop was to be applied you should be taking 4-6hearts per hit when OFF gapple which you do , but if you want to base the damage on durability thats not how it works as last map i had level 100 axes which was doing around 26 durability per hit and if i added a pyro axe and a pyro mask it only increased up to 32 durability per hit which if you think about it based on the its descriptions

we could factor it out to this

Level 100 Axes = 26 Durability
add 15% to it which is 26 x 0.15 you come out to about = +4 durability
and if you actually use the pyro axes description "tripple damage to burning foes" which would total it to about = 90 Durability per hit 26 + 4 x 3

so it doesnt really do "double" it does 50% increase so using this logic its

50% of 2-3 hearts = 1-1.5 hearts extra
meaning per hit with no god apple is = 3-3.5hearts damage

they should just bring back mcmmo and it will fix all pvp related issues. a staff member told me mcmmo is "p2w" then just remove credits from kit once. mcmmo would also not require an insane 6 million mobkills for level 100 and with it 11 set players will definitely be gone for good.

We do not warn/kick/mute/ban players for not wearing helmets. Instead, they take more damage and that's the only 'punishment' they get.
