punch bows(nerf them)

they are just annoying, and staff dont tell me "they are only useful when someone good use them" i get sniped so hard with the punch bow whenever i join a game(i have a sniper yes)
the punchbow must be a late game item, but people buy it in early stages of the game.
and btw i suck at bow but i got 7 finals, 28 kills and 2 rage quitters, with a punchbow that i dont know how to use, this is how op the punch bow is.(in quads)
i have a few suggestions for how to solve this(pick one)
remove the punch bow: which is the best in my opinion so the problem is solved 100%.
higher price: make it like 8 or 9 emeralds(i suggest 9 to make it a late game item).
make it non buyable till diamond 2 or emerald 2 game events.
make it have a delay: to prevent arrow spamming
make the arrow disappear after a specific shooting range: such as disappearing after reaching 40 blocks
