Proximity Chat for Survival
Detailed description:
I would like to propose a proximity voice chat for the Survival gamemode in Pika Network. The concept is straightforward: players will hear each other's voices only when they are close to each other in the world, and the closer they are the better they can hear the voice or speak back, and vice versa until the voice is no longer heard. This is possible with a stable and widely used plugin such as the Simple Voice Chat mod which is used across many other servers and has many features included for players to enjoy such as private groups and toggle options so players who do not want to use the voice chat are not obligated to.
Reason(s):
One of the reasons that proximity chat would be a great addition is it creates a much more immersive and realistic Survival experience. Instead of relying on only text chat, players can now interact naturally like they would in real life. This will promote much more spontaneous conversation and working together between players, making it easier for new players to be accepted into the community, and for more veteran players to enjoy working more closely with one another. The intent of Survival is to be able to live and thrive together in a shared world, and through a voice proximity feature, it will make that world feel alive in a capacity that text chat cannot, and it will be beneficial to everyone!
Another way this will benefit Pika Network is that it will set itself apart from many other larger Minecraft servers, few of which actually have proximity voice chat built into their gamemodes. It will set Pika apart as a server that supports social interactions and gives a recommended community-driven gameplay experience! The feature is totally optional, so all of the players who enjoy the traditional text chat can easily continue to use it. They will also have the option of using voice chat, especially if they want more authentic and more engaging experience!

Example(s):
As an example, shop owners could voice trade negotiations, explorers could quickly coordinate while on the move, towns or kingdoms would have a form of natural conversation, or events and group activities would feel more alive, as players wouldn't have to stop to type while engaged in the action. Even roleplay communities in Survival would benefit tremendously, as proximity chat naturally brings realism and depth to content and interaction.
