Detailed description:

Add a option for smuggler+ to create a cell that is only void and 1x1 bedrock blocks.​

Reason(s):

The cells require a lot of work for people who want to build a beautifull cell for drug farms, cell shops etc. This new type of cell "void cell" would save a lot time from breaking all the blocks from the old cell and clearing it.​
