Pop-up when rules are changed​

Detailed description:

When our good and professional staff team changes the rules, there should be a pop up, when you next open up forums.​

Edit: Or a notification like you received a message or something.​

Reason(s):

1. Not many people check rules on a daily basis​

2. People would be aware that they can't do that NOW.​

3. Would have a lot less drama.​

Idk went to bed and randomly my warning on forums came on my mind so I thought I'd write this.​

If they change the rules, they would announce it in discord change log. Could just make like a red banner on top saying the new changes.

Some people don't have discord Ig, but would be also better if a pop up or a red banner like u suggested, would be also more effective.
