its totally ok..brands advertise their mouses like that... in reality it is more sensitive to clicks...its completely OK

Double clicking is against the rules
As far as I know this The mouse that is BANNABLE

As much as i know if he got banned your responsible to this.

It'd fine unless you use the double click feature, it's illegal because Minecraft processes as 50 MS, double clicking is like twice the CPS and twice the MS,(7CPS-14CPS)
