cooldown is in 1.9+ lmao . not in 1.8 have a nice day. and also even if u join from 1.9+ versions u will not have that cooldown .

it is also there in 1.8, if u punch the air it will have a half a second cooldown, but its hardly even noticable and it doesnt matter much
