Please Fix <33

Hello ive been enjoying pika the past week but also pika is being annoying its very laggy when i connect ....
well i cant even connect to OpFactions1 or even open the GUI for the servers and i also fall off spawn when i connect theres a grass level down spawn and EVERYTIME i freaking connect i fall out spawn and stand there is there a fix for this i know its not my computer or internet or anything its the server plz help and merry christmas every1
