There is no downside in adding this , also players that don't have premium accounts would be glad to have a skin that they like.

cuz i don't use tlauncher, i use lunar client, so yeah, don't know about that XD

TLauncher has the ability to set your skin to other TLauncher users.

when you use tlauncher, and a client for example Labymod, the skin doesnt show as the skin is only for basic TLauncher versions, giving you a disadvantage in PvP and in general

He means adding a command /skin , probably for donators (Global) , you type /skin "playername" you get the skin that he currently has on namemc site , this would bring more players that are not premium on the server , and probably made them stay (some people like this feature). Also some people want premium just so they can have a cool skin , adding this command would (maybe) make those people donate on Pika instead of buying a premium (If this feature is added at first rank on every server)

If they accept this they will probably make a new rank and add this feature to it . On OPFactions difference between Immortal rank and God Rank is that Immortal has Protection 16 and Sharp18 Sword/Sharp 17 Axe (And chat color feature YEY) and God has Protection 15 and Sharp17 Sword/Sharp 16 axe(no chat color tho)

Thats not a reason to -1 it , there was a lot of stuff that was suggested for a long time and then suddenly owners accepted it. I'm not saying this will be like that , but they can atleast give a reason if they are going to vote.
