Player Report from Discord ( READ )
Detailed description:
Before we start, let's talk about existing things..
I mean, for @Top Donators on discord, they can create a bug report via discord only, and this is an exclusive feature for @TopDonators.
I am suggesting:
Make a player report command for discord too, you will need @Top Donator role to execute the command,
You can skip to example tab to see how this will work

Reason(s):
There are some Major reasons:
For most of the people, who just have discord opened while playing, if they find someone breaking rules, they can just screenshot using prntsc and use the link to directly report the player via discord.
For many of us who catch someone breaking the rule but then have to open the browser, go to the Pika website, and report the player instead, reporting the player via Discord would be a very easy task!
If reporting bugs via discord is possible, then reporting a player via discord should also be possible, because of the huge and amazing PikaNetwork staff team!
[OPTIONAL] We will get a dm message from PikaNetwork Bot once our player report is denied or accepted
[OPTIONAL] [YOU CAN IGNORE THIS ONE] There will also be a new command that will show statistics, such as how many players you reported on Discord and how many of them got accepted or denied.

Now there are 2 ways by which this can be done:
#1
Is to make a fresh channel on PikaNetwork Discord, just like they made #report-a-bug that only @TopDonators have access to.
If they make a channel ( let's say named #report-a-player ), then there will be a button by clicking it, we can report a player
If you don't know what button I am talking about:
View: https://imgur.com/a/IBSKe9S
Here is what I am talking about^^^
By clicking that button, a ticket will be created, and it will ask some questions, just like it asks when we create a player report on forums: the username of the rule breaker, Rule broken, evidence, and that's it.
(It wont ask your username because your account is already linked, so the bot will identify who is making player report.)
#2 [ WHICH I LIKE PERSONALLY ]
There will be a slash command, You can execute the slash command in #commands
For example,
/report rule-breaker-username: MrEpiko Rule-Broken: Bro is best developer Evidence: image link (imgur/prntsc/YouTube, etc..)
and hit enter to submit the player report!
