Pinging and Lagging

Please pard on that if I put the post into the wrong place.The high ping of the game has been confusing me for a long time,most of the time when I joined the survival game,I would always be timed out and be kicked to the spawn of the server.Then I tried to join the survival game again,but I would always be returned to the spawn,sometimes I would be stuck in the spawnpoint,and sometimes I would even be kicked from the server for the time out.Even I joined the game there would always be a high ping(sometimes 3000+ and the highest would be 18000+ not joking),and even 400 would be a low ping for me.So I would always break one block or craft one item for serval times.But until now,I still don't know how to solve these problems,and the server had said that I can't use some of the ip.So could anyone assist me solve these problems,I will sincerely appreciate it if so.

Please pard on me that if I haven't replied to you in time,beacuse I need to study for the College Entrance Examination on 2025/6/7 and I can only go back there evrey months for one day and I have only a few time to sign in the forum.

I think you should use a VPN in this case. But, do note that most VPNs don't really improve your ping for minecraft. But, it is the only suggestion I have.
