Ping nerfed

I live in Vietnam and I get like 190ms and it was good enough for me. But ever since yesterday my ping has been around 250-270ms, Does anyone know why and how to fix this?

It's probably your router because as far as I know server hasn't changed it's host location so try contacting your isp.
