i want to inform that im getting 500ms - 1000ms ping and its started from december and im badly annoyed ive also appealed for vpn whitelist and that person denied me saying that "you are trying to ban evade" plz staff fix this as soon as possible

Probably an issue on your side because if it was a server issue you won't be the only one facing it.

1. The ping issues is happening to everyone (mostly Asians). The ISP is the main factor that affects every Asians to have bad pings (from what I've heard of).
2. Did you share your account with your friends, or your friends shared their account with you? They denied you for ban evade is because there are 2 or more accounts are having the same IP. When one of you got banned in another account, the other one which will be most likely ban evade (if you joined the server after the first account banned).

Then this may explained why they denied you for ban evasion. This is because your friend's account is banned, so when you got back to your own account, both of you have the same IP.
