Hello , Here is a long detailed reply to your rant
'is for the past 2-3 weeks on Pika i have never seen 1 single staff member on OpFac2 '
This has probably been said a million times but i will repeat it again staff are in /vanish on pvp servers because if hackers see that staff members are on they will turn off their hacks and be more cautious . Furthermore staff do this job voluntarily and therefore we can't all be on all the time since we have other things to do / and our not robots.
'the ammount of hackers due to no staff is just crazy you can not pvp without a hacker killing you.'
We understand your problem and the truth is we can get a thousand staff but hackers will always outnumber us , on some servers its easier to spot hacks while on others its harder and Op Factions 2 is harder then somewhere like practice . Anyway i assure you we are trying to fix the issue (won't say too much).
' Pika is just not even fun anymore due to the ammount of hackers on'
If your applying that theory i don't think any cracked Minecraft server will be fun , I understand hackers ruin gameplay but this happens on all servers and you must try to overcome hackers /let them effect you least , the best way is by Reporting to staff (with evidence) when someone is hacking.
' staff plz start playing '
There is always staff on
'plz stop waiting on furoms for someone to report join the servers Opfac2 has alot of players 60% are hacking'
We don't wait on the forums but as a player if you really want to ban the hackers you can help staff by reporting , Also 60% is not correct i agree a lot of people hack (sadly) but not that many . If someone reports someone on the forums there is a report team who sort out the player (being reported) very quickly so yes generally they get banned quicker this way.
Staff can't play all the time ya know? They have personal lifes too, also they probably are in /v and that's why you can't see them. +1 basically a very accurate reply
I have learned on TeamSpeak however, if you sit in the 'Help & Support - Waiting Channel' about 95% of the time you can be helped on the spot. I would suggest going to their TeamSpeak Channel and using this as a way to get ahold of them quickly. They are usually on spot when it comes to TeamSpeak. The TeamSpeak Server for Pika is 'ts3.pikacraft.eu' This is your best bet on getting your issues fixed quicker and more accurately. Yes indeed we have always suggested this , that if you do indeed require help staff are always active on teamspeak and are willing to help , that'll be the easiest way to report someone.
As for the other comments i also agree with what is being said
Please take this into consideration but of course we will look at this complaint and try to improve
