As technology continues to advance, I believe PikaNetwork should consider developing its own AI-powered support assistant for Discord in the future.
A new Discord channel called #quick-support could be added where players can ask questions and receive instant answers 24/7.
The AI would be trained using information from across the entire network, including:

The purpose would not be to replace staff members, but to handle common questions that are asked hundreds of times every day.
Every AI response could have:
