Pickaxe ability don't use fortune?

uhhh i have a Drill pickaxe and firebomb pickaxe.... so i realized when the ability of breaking mine is used it does not use fortune resulting in giving SOO much less blocks
like i used it firebomb pickaxe on obsidian mine which was untouched and it only gave me 1 and 32 obsidian and 23 crying obsidian THIS IS SO BAD I HAVE TO WAIt 3 MORE MINUTES TO DO THAT AGAIN i can get that much in just 25 seconds of mining... also this happens to drill pickaxe i think as a ability the fortune should work is this feature or bug

Don't you think this game is already pay to win enough. at least it's instant. If it used fortune it would be unplayable because people with ranks like grand
and above will have full netherite armor with pro 5 or something on the first day. No, thank you very much. That would make this game mode unplayable by Free to play players like me.

correct. even i have prot 6 sharp 7 im still too weak because they progress and p2w TOO MUCH.

They have infinite enchanted gapples and max everything. All skins , sets etc
