Suggestion:
🐾 Pet Improvements

Detailed description:
This suggestion focuses on improving the pet system by making pets more interactive and useful in gameplay. Firstly, all pets that players own should follow them around, making the game feel more lively instead of pets being static. For players who may not like this feature or want a cleaner screen, an option can be added in /settings to disable pet visibility. Along with this, new functional pets can be introduced with unique abilities and cooldowns to make gameplay more strategic. A PvP pet could be added that is obtainable only through seasonal keys with a drop chance of around 5–8%, giving a 20% damage boost when activated with a cooldown of about 10 minutes. A mining pet could provide 15% extra drops for 5 minutes with an 8-minute cooldown, helping players progress faster while mining. A knockback pet could reduce or negate knockback, making it useful in PvP situations, and a Gorilla pet could act as a sell booster, giving around 2x–3x earnings when selling items. To keep everything balanced, only one pet should be active at a time and all abilities should have proper cooldowns. Overall, these changes would make pets more than just cosmetic items, add strategic depth to the game, and improve player engagement by encouraging players to grind for rare and usefull pets.

Reason(s):
This suggestion should be implemented because it significantly improves player engagement and adds more depth to the gameplay experience. Currently, pets are mostly cosmetic, which makes them less valuable over time, but adding abilities and interactions would give players a strong reason to use and collect them. The pet-follow feature enhances immersion and makes the game feel more alive, while the option to disable visibility ensures it does not affect players who prefer a cleaner screen. Introducing functional pets like PvP, mining, and sell-boost pets creates strategic choices, allowing players to decide which pet to use based on their activity. It also encourages players to participate in seasonal events and grind for rare rewards, increasing overall server activity and retention. Additionally, cooldowns and single-pet usage keep the system balanced and fair for both free-to-play and paying players. Overall, this update would make pets more meaningful, improve the economy and PvP experience, and keep players more active on the network.

Example(s):
For example, a player preparing for a PvP fight could activate the PvP pet to gain a temporary damage boost, giving them a better chance of winning the fight. A player who is mining resources could use the mining pet to increase their drops for a limited time, helping them progress faster. Similarly, a player focused on earning money could activate the Gorilla pet before selling items to gain a 2x–3x sell boost and maximize profits. In another situation, a player who finds pets distracting can simply disable pet visibility using the /settings command for a cleaner gameplay experience. These examples show how different pets can be used strategically depending on the player’s activity, making the system more engaging and useful.
