Detailed description:

1)
As we know OpSkyblocks is one of the game modes with iron payouts here are some of my suggestions for rules regarding upcoming opsb seasons which can lead an island to disqualification

* These rules should be appliable only to the island which are competing and can potentially take payouts (example- /is top 1-5 or more depending on the competition level of the season) *

->rule1
*Island Boosting 1-Giving huge amount of money for free/in return of item that doesn't worth the price with current server economy (example-buying 1m exp for 500b in mid ssn where the normal server price is around 5b for 1m exp)
->rule 2
*Island Boosting 2-Giving high value spawners(enchaned villager/ghast/silverfish) to other islands or taking high value spawners from other island or making another island on alt and giving the extra spawners to it
->rule 3
*Dupe-Any offense of duping is punishable, but if any island is found using duped items/any island member duping the island should be disqualified from the payouts as they can dupe money/spawners/sellwands/boosters which can help with /is top

*There is no requirement of strikes for disqualification unlike opfaction cause the rules are few and easy to understand so anyone breaking it once should be disqualified

2nd-May be considering checking the difference between both suggestion
The link you gave isn't clearing stating any rules
my post has rules suggested and is different from the suggestion made previously
Might as well considering checking the screenshot which is a reply to the previous suggestion where it was asked to suggest some unique rule
