Detailed description:

Pay command would be new simple and fast way of exchaning or paying with in-game cash. The command is simple so this suggestion wont be extensive.

Players would get notified every time they receive money.
If a player was offline there would be pay log option to check payment history.​

Reason(s):

We don't have /withdraw option anymore to send the money voucher to people, only throughout the trade which is slow and more complicated. Pay command is simple and quick.​

Example(s):

/pay <player_name> <money>

/pay Some_Matej 10000

/paylog - history of payments sent and received

Some_Matej has sent you $10,000.

You have sent Some_Matej $10,000.​
