Password Reset Problem

When i make password reset request and it was accept then i apply that changed password and do /changepassword <old password> <new password> then it was not changed and when it try to login with my new password it was showing you password was incorrect.

what will i do please help me!

Yes, i make many password reset request whenever i try and change my password it was not change and showing your password was incorrect
