Detailed description:

i have noticed that over many different servers, all ones with skymines have a permanent passive mode/pvp disabler, and this is the first server that ive been on that limits it to a 15 minute timer on a 3 hour cooldown, this is quite unfair as us beginners are being farmed at important mines such as iron or gold and what should only take us a few minutes of mining ends up taking up to a hour to complete without passive mode due to the relentless killers farming the beginners and middle players instead of fighting other netherite wearers.​

Reason(s):

so instead of a 3 hour cooldown an a 15 minute timer, make the /passive command toggleable, so its permanent but you can switch out of it if you wish to farm ores to save the extra hour of death times (you could end up with 13 extra deaths in only a minute)​

if you were to accept this, you will find a major increase in player activity and increase in members joining, not exactly any photos i can take at this point in time​

I only agree with the 3 hours cooldown, rest of everything is ok...
Maybe they should bring it back to 2 hours cooldown or 1 hour cooldown!
Because newbies go for iron or gold mining, they get one shotted by those people who have best sword

It's a great suggestion, this happened with me many times at the gold mine. I think the Netherite Players should go into the WarZone, if they wanna fight.
