Outpost grace periode (capture cooldown)​

Detailed description:

Currently, there's a 60-minute cooldown before the outpost can be recaptured. I suggest lowering this to 30 minutes. This would create more PvP opportunities and reduce the time one group can hold uncontested rewards.​

Reason(s):

- More PvP opportunities (more reason to collect pvp items on the server)
- You have to work harder to keep the rewards
- You don't have to wait for a hour to recapture your outpost if you went AFK for 5 minutes​
