Can you guys tell me The ranks and what it gives, if it can mine spawners or not and stuff like that, as Im only L2 and im thingking of buying a rank

go to /warp ranks in the server you will see all ranks and requirements and rewards. you can also do /ar check to see if you are near to rankup

The requirements at /warp ranks are actually outdated ( As of 5th October 2016.) You should just do /ar check to get the accurate requirements. And only donators with Master and above can mine spawners with silk pick.

If You Mean Purchasing A Donor Rank Then All The Perks Are Found At Pika's Buycraft Website : http://pika-network.buycraft.net/ , BTW There Was A /Warp DonorRanks But It Isn't Back Yet, Due To The DDoS.
