First Question: When will the server reset? is it today?
Second question: What will stay (ofc the other will get reset)
Last Question: Can it be a bit less OP? Only a bit (Please don't hate xD) i can change it.

Ranks will not reset how ever I don't think they will make it less op

There isn't any date yet said for any server that will be resetted, only that everything should be occuring within a month.
And for your qeustion as what will stay, resets pretty much means a full reset. So expect to lose all your items ( including echest etc. ), money and ofcourse the map. Now for your rank you will indeed keep it. But for other payments i'm not 100% sure.

And less OP... could you be a bit more specific in what should/can be less OP? Since it's OP Factions after all .

If you want less op play regular factions
base from @CloudAP in game ranks will be stay

Money will dissapear /pv your bases will be gone
Donator ranks will be stay
