Old donation items gone, can i get them returned?

Hi there!

I donated a lot a prison, but that was a long time ago so that is all gone now due to all those resets that have passed in the time i didnt play ( about a year ), i just recently went playing again.
I assume that i should be able to get this back.
I did these payments with Paysafe but the payments are so old that the history is'nt there anymore.
Do you guys have some kind of payment history of the players that can prove that i donated for these things so i can get them back?
I donated for an Op pickaxe 2 times before the Alcatraz island update, Drugsdealer rank in the Alcatraz island update and smuggler later in that as well.

Thank you. Yeah i have tried to talk to admins and helpers since last night but they don't respond to my messages. And the helpers can't get the attention of the admins. I contacted 3 of them in the meanwhile.

Go To teamspeak ts3. the ip for pika-teamspeak is: ts3.pikacraft.eu , if you find some staff there.. or an adminstrator. they tell you to make a support tickets. and post the receipt of you're donation. and if you have the receipt. You might have you're rank at prisons!, Just be patient at the staff!
