I like the idea, I was always wondering who is spectating me from my friend list. I would love to see that in - game. Also the disabling and enabling notification would be really useful.

I agree! And this should also be made in a way if you're for example /off that your friends don't get a notification when you spectate them because you basically appear offline in a friend list and then they get a notification that you're spectating somehow.

I really don't like when my friends who have Titan+ rank would just start spectating my game and would start messaging me, for some reason it pressures me especially that they always say that I'm good so I can't die ..
